Half Day Meditation Course in Folkestone with Buddhist Nun Kelsang Oden
About this Event

“Why me?” — it’s the question we often ask when life feels difficult or unfair. But do we ever find a real answer? Do we simply feel unlucky, or that we have been dealt a bad hand? This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

According to Buddha’s teachings on the law of karma, there is a clear and practical explanation for why things happen the way they do. More importantly, there is a way to change our experience—from challenging to joyful, from confused to clear. Instead of merely seeking happiness, we can learn to create it. Instead of running from unhappiness, we can learn to abandon its causes.

Understanding karma puts us back in the driver’s seat of our life.

In this illuminating course, Buddhist nun Kelsang Oden will guide us on how to apply the law of karma to transform our present experiences, heal the past, and create a more positive and peaceful future.

Join us for this inspiring event in the beautiful Masonic Hall in Folkestone, where wisdom and tranquility meet.

Everyone is welcome!
