Anger, irritation and frustration are powerful emotions that destroy our inner peace and wellness. However, the good news is, we can discover the cause of our anger and learn how to prevent it.
By gradually applying this advice in daily life and in meditation our wisdom will increase. We’ll develop a more constructive response to life’s challenges and find we can move forward with inner resilience and calm.
