Eric Williams is the host of the acclaimed podcast That’s A Gay Ass Podcast, a two-time Queerties Award nominee for Best Podcast. He is expanding his comedy career with his new solo show, Why All The Drama, a blend of stand-up and vulnerable storytelling touring SF, Chicago, Seattle, LA, and culminating in a March appearance at New York City’s Joe’s Pub.
Eric’s work sits at the intersection of sharp queer humor and emotional honesty. His comedy has been featured at the New York Comedy Festival and Netflix Is A Joke Festival, and as an actor he starred in the national tour of Elf The Musical as well as appearing in multiple national commercial campaigns. He is also the creator and host of Confession Hole, a digital series produced by Portal A, currently in production on its second season.
Beyond the stage, Eric continues to grow a devoted audience through his podcast and Substack, where his humor newsletter ranks among the top revenue-generating titles in the Humor category. Whether onstage, on camera, or behind the mic, Eric’s work centers on turning identity, anxiety, and pop culture into cathartic, communal laughs.
