About this Event
Four of contemporary literature's most vital voices come together to examine race, citizenship, and what it means to write yourself into a national story that has not always made room for you. Victoria Buitron,Zakiya Dalila Harris, Christine Kandic Torres, and Krystal Marquis bring distinct yet resonant perspectives on home, displacement, and identity—and together they explore how literature can challenge, expand, and complicate our understanding of who America is, and who it is still becoming. Moderated by IfeMichelle Gardin from Kulturally Lit. Following this talk Books will be available for purchase and signing through our partners at Possible Futures.
