One of our more popular demands for workshops is Lamb Butchering. This workshop is great for all avid homecooks, hunters, and professional chefs. We will discuss our sourcing for lamb, how it is raised, different terminology, and anatomy. Discussions will take place as butchers break down a lamb. This workshop is semi-hands-on. There will be times one will be able to do some cutting but mainly this a demonstration/discussion workshop. As with all our classes, we will be cooking up different parts of the lamb for a tasting from "nose-to-tail".
