In this laid back, conversational class, you'll learn about the affect that food, rest, stress, sunlight, and mindset have on your body and your choices. We'll talk about what's happening in your body, and how those everyday choices can shape your energy level, mood, and cravings.
There wil be some tasty samples with recipes to take home, and tools you can start using right away!
