As a philanthropist, professor, and entrepreneur, Tearra Dotson hosts "Who Are You?" sessions annually for youth in the Indianapolis area. "Who Are You?' is a curriculum that teaches self-esteem, navigating emotions, healthy boundaries, spiritual guidance, S.M.A.R.T. goal setting, dressing for success, financial literacy, balancing a schedule, and college preparation.
