White Tara is a female Buddha in Tibetan Buddhism who embodies compassion, healing, and long life. Her white color symbolizes purity, and her seven eyes—on her forehead, face, palms, and soles—represent her vigilant awareness and boundless compassion for all beings. She is especially associated with longevity and the removal of obstacles. Practicing White Tara is traditionally said to bring long life, healing, protection, purification of karma, merit, wisdom, calmness, and gentle support, benefiting both worldly well-being and spiritual growth.

This specific White Tara Empowerment is called "Dolkar Yizhin Khorlo", meaning "White Tara, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel".

白度母是藏传佛教中的一位女性佛陀，象征着慈悲、疗愈和长寿。她的白色象征着纯洁，额头、脸颊、手掌和脚底各有一只眼睛，代表着她对一切众生的觉知和无尽的慈悲。她尤其与长寿和消除障碍密切相关。传统上认为，修持白度母法门可以带来长寿、疗愈、护佑、净化业力、积累功德、获得智慧、内心平静和温柔的扶持，从而有益于世俗福祉和精神成长。
此次的白度母灌顶法会名为“多卡益新阔落（Dolkar Yizhin Khorlo）”，意为“白度母如意轮”。
