Is there anyone you know that has not been affected by cancer? Of course not! So PLEASE join us for Kenhorst Redners Annual Relay For Life Event. THERE IS ALOT OF IMPORTANT INFO PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION!! This is a White Party! Wear your white and glow all night! This year will be a little different as we have some new fun and wonderful fundraisers to go along with the evening. The price of admission is $20, and tickets can be purchased at the customer service desk at Kenhorst Redners ONLY or at the door the night of the event. Doors open at 5pm.There will be a cash bar, food for purchase, live entertainment with DJ Steve Barrasso and Pink Marmalade. Kimmie from Pink Marmalade is assisting in coordinating this event along with Redner's own Sharon Smith. We will also have our fun and exciting raffle, a 50/50 raffle.
***The first new fundraiser we are adding is an In Memory/In Honor Presentation. This is for you to share your loved ones and friends' names, pictures, and status of the disease. There is no time limit to when your person faced the battle. If they lost their battle, it will have their info under In Memoriam. If they have won the battle, they will be listed under In Honor> If they are currently battling this awful disease, they will be listed as a Warrior under In Honor. These images will be projected all night long with a projector and screen. The cost for that is $10 per person. There is no limit to how many people you would like to honor! HOWEVER, it is imperative that you contact Kimmie at 484-794-1707. Leave a message if no answer! The deadline for names and photos to be submitted is MONDAY APRIL 13TH. For this fundraiser only, I will accept cash, venmo, paypal, or cashapp. Remember, you are paying tribute to those we've lost and those who currently or have battled. The goal is to raise as much money as we can so that we can stop this disease!
*** The second new fundraiser is a glow paint shirt station. WE WILL be selling WHITE T-SHIRTS for sale and supplying a workstation for decorating it with neon colors that will glow more for the evening. We Will NOT accept your shirts or other attire for this. All of the artwork will be done at a designated station. If for some reason, we get too backed up, we will limit the time to 15 or 20 minutes for decorating, so that everyone gets an opportunity. THIS IS A CASH FUNDRAISER for the shirts.
Admission, food, raffle, and 50/50 ARE ALSO CASH ONLY. We look forward to bringing this to life. It will be an evening to remember and for a great cause!
***And for the first time ever, we will have a door prize valued at $100!! So, everyone who pays an entry fee will receive a ticket for the door prize drawing. You must be present to win!!
