Celebrating Community, Country, and 250 Years of the American Spirit 🇺🇸
White City is proud to host our 6th Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk, showcasing our wonderful community, the scenic White City Canal Trail, and the iconic Dimple Dell Bridge — all while celebrating America’s 250th anniversary.
This year, our event supports Walk250 Utah, which challenges every Utahn to complete 250 miles of outdoor exercise between July 2025 and July 2026 to honor our nation’s 250th birthday. Whether you’re logging miles toward that goal or simply coming out to enjoy a morning with neighbors, this 5K is a perfect way to be part of something bigger.
The power of Utah’s landscapes offers a meaningful lens through which we can reflect on our shared history, spark new adventures, and deepen our appreciation for the mountains, deserts, and waterways we call home. By celebrating the outdoors together, we strengthen our connection to one another and to the enduring American story.
This event welcomes all levels of fitness — runners, walkers, families, strollers, and anyone ready to get outside and move. Let’s celebrate community pride, healthy living, and 250 years of freedom — one step at a time.
Event Details:
-Please arrive by 7:45 AM
-5K Runners start promptly at 8:00 AM
-5K Walkers start at 8:05 AM
-Staging occurs at the southeast corner of the parking lot
-UPD officers will be stationed at major crossings
-The route will be clearly marked
-One aid/refreshment station will be available
-Finish-line goodies provided
