About this Event
Join us for a special Burns Night Open Mic celebration on Saturday 25th January where we enjoy a cosy evening of poetry as well as the classic works of Robert Burns himself.
The evening will feature readings by poets Naino Masindet and Tom Mallender - directors of Write-London - who will be hosting the open mic for anyone wanting to read their own work.
Each slot runs for 5 minutes and, while not required, will be encouraged to draw upon the themes so often woven into Burn's works such as nature, love and the human experience.
Tickets are £5, and this includes a dram of whisky or soft drink alternative.
