An experience stimulating all the senses to create the ultimate experience of the water of life.
Travel with us to a realm where we breathe life into wonderful whiskies through folklore, storytelling, outstanding tasting notes, and hauntingly beautiful music. On this journey we will venture through women’s undeniable significance in the history of brewing and distilling, and unveil how and why some of them were framed as witches.
This critically acclaimed whisky experience has garnered several 5-star reviews, two award-nominations, and has sold out more that 25 shows in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Norway and Denmark, including Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Fèis ìle, Belfast Whiskey Week, and Tunsberg Whisky Festival.
Whisky & Witches is the brainchild of Danish singer, composer and OurWhisky Foundation Mentee Christine Kammerer and whisky aficionado Jane Ross, owner of bars The Mother Superior, the Powder Room, and the False Widow in Edinburgh.
