Sip Into the Season: A Reimagined Whiskey Cocktail Evening with
On Tuesday, December 2, La Spritzeria welcomes Blue Run Spirits for an intimate cocktail and tasting experience led by Christian Barion, Peroni & Blue Run Brand Development Manager.
The evening begins with a guided tasting of three limited-release whiskeys from Blue Run’s award-winning portfolio — Reflection I Kentucky Straight Bourbon, High Rye Bourbon, and Emerald I Rye — explored through proper tasting technique. Guests will discover the distinct character of each expression and the modern design philosophy that has positioned Blue Run at the forefront of the new American whiskey movement.
Following the tasting, guests will take part in a hands-on cocktail session featuring three serves:
• a refined take on a classic whiskey cocktail
• a contemporary signature designed for today’s bar culture
• a seasonal, holiday-inspired creationComplimentary antipasti, curated by Eataly’s culinary team to pair naturally with the flavor profiles of the cocktails, will accompany the experience.
