I’m heading to Bayou Terrebonne Distillers for a midweek practice that’s all about movement and community. Join Seek Up Yoga at 5:30 PM for a yoga flow in a great local space!🥃Support local by grabbing a cocktail or a pour after class; it’s the perfect way to wrap up the day.
The bar is open both before and after practice (3-7PM), so feel free to grab a drink whenever you're ready—just remember to move and drink responsibly!

Registration & Payment: Registration is Required with Waiver consent.�Pre-register here with card (with a small processing fee), or check Pay Later and pay day of class via Cash (exact cash only) or Venmo (@Amy-Danigole).
Space is limited. Please only register if you plan to attend.
Please park in the lot on the side of the distillery and enter through the tasting room.
Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to get checked in and set up
