WHIN Food Council Zine Jam & Composting Workshop

We're making a community written cookbook zine! Bring a recipe that you want to feature, and decorate recipe cards with them! We will scan and compile them into a recipe zine, which will be later distributed for free to the community.

We're also going to have a DIY composting table to learn all about the basics of composting at home! Folks who come will also be able to get zines (in english and spanish) about compsting, and recipe zines about food scraps.

Concurring with this event is a clothing repair circle meeting, where neighbors help other neighbors repair textiles. There's something for everyone!
