In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the basics of both hand sewing and machine sewing while creating your own whimsical patchwork appliqués. Think charming jam jars, sweet strawberries, tiny blueberries, and delightfully silly little geese—or let your imagination run wild and design your own!
These appliqués can be used to upcycle and personalize an existing garment or textile, giving new life to something you already love (or something that just needs a little extra flair).

- All materials and supplies (fabric, thread, tools, and more)
- Beginner-friendly instruction in hand sewing and machine techniques

- An item you’d like to upcycle (jacket, tote bag, jeans, etc.)—optional but encouraged!
