A Touch of Whimsy Welcomes the Season at Samaritan Lodge’s Autumn Harvest Afternoon Tea
MILWAUKIE, OR — The Odd Fellows Samaritan Lodge #2 invites the community to step into a storybook setting this September for Samaritan Lodge’s Whimsical Autumn Harvest Tea—a cozy celebration of fall flavors and community magic.
Taking place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, this magical gathering promises guests an experience filled with seasonal sweet and savory bites, artful teas, and a sprinkle of autumnal enchantment. Doors open at 10:45 AM.
The Lodge’s Activities Committee is working diligently to create a warm, welcoming event that brings people together in joy and community spirit.
Guests are encouraged to wear their fanciest tea party attire—and for those feeling extra whimsical, cosplay is warmly welcomed!
There will also be prizes for especially captivating or imaginative 'fancy dress'—so don’t hold back!
Guests will enjoy:
- A curated menu of autumn-inspired treats—both sweet and savory
- A selection of exceptional teas
- Whimsical floral décor, themed activities, and a cozy indoor setting
- The chance to win a gift basket filled with treasures from generous local sponsors
Each guest will receive one entry into the raffle drawing included with their reservation. Additional raffle entries may be purchased at the event.
Proceeds from the raffle and event will support the Lodge’s ongoing mission to provide enjoyable, accessible community events—and to assist neighbors in need. (Receipts for ticket purchases will be issued by Excellent Events and Promotions, and 100% of all proceeds will be directed to Odd Fellows Samaritan Lodge #2).
Odd Fellows Samaritan Lodge #2 is a nonprofit organization with a long-standing tradition of fellowship, charity, and service in the Milwaukie community.
At Samaritan Lodge’s Whimsical Autumn Harvest Tea, we believe everyone should have a seat at the table—literally. That’s why tickets are offered on a tiered pricing scale, so you can choose the amount that works best for you. No matter which tier you select, you’ll enjoy the same enchanting experience, and you’ll be warmly welcomed with no questions asked. If you’re able to contribute at a higher tier, your generosity helps offset costs and makes it possible for us to keep these events open and accessible to all. Tickets are limited, and we’ll be releasing more of the lower-tier tickets as higher-tier tickets are sold—so if your preferred price point isn’t available right now, check back later. Comparable events elsewhere can cost $50–$75 per person, but thanks to our incredible volunteers and the generosity of our community, we’re able to make this special gathering possible for everyone. Together, we can share in the magic of community, connection, and a perfectly brewed cup of tea.
