The Great Garden Trail 2026: Wherstead Park Open GardensNestled in the Suffolk countryside, overlooking the River Orwell, Wherstead Park has a tranquil setting to be enjoyed. The parkland is gently sloped and dotted with heritage trees and includes several boxed hedge squares and a rose lined pergola. There are a number of walks around the ground, which was landscaped by the renowned architect Humphry Repton. There will also be access to the 18th century mansion.
