this hike is another of our training hikes for the Y3P in June
starting at the station inn at the ribbleshead viaduct we will scale whernside and make our way down and across the main road and up Ingleborough,tap the trig and then make our way back down Ingleborough along the ridge and back down to the pub
this hike will test the legs with steady inclines but with one near vertical ascent upto Ingleborough named the Devils tail it will turn your legs to jelly..well it did mine and I bottled it..and its been my nemesis ever since..but I didn't realise how close at the time I was to doing it..this time will be different..time to smash it
