We will celebrate the continued turning of the wheel. Beltane is a time when energies are high. A time of union and dancing. Whenever I write about Beltane I feel it inside of me. I love it! Beltane a Festival of Fertility, a Feast of Life when energies are rampant and potent with life bursting all around us. A time to celebrate love and sexuality. Traditionally a time of dancing round the maypole, jumping fires, walking a labyrinth or spiral, hanging ribbons on trees and so much more. During our afternoon together we will enjoy a mix of Beltane Traditions to fully embody this beautiful powerful energy. We will move our bodies through some Well Woman Yoga Sequences to release the fire from within. We will dance the labyrinth
If you have a yoga mat please bring one with you, we do have some at the Centre. If you have a drum or rattle or similar please bring these along too. There will be some available on the day.
There will be herbal tea and homemade cake
