Toh Jia Yi is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill specializing in intellectual property and commercial litigation. She represents clients in complex legal disputes involving contracts and regulatory matters across various industries. She also serves as a board member of the Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre.
Moderator - Daniel Yap is the former publisher of The Middle Ground and co-founder of the startup Health4Travel. As a revered media professional, he has a deep background in Singapore’s media and journalism. He is a veteran journalist of high-level discussions on business and technology.
