This is a launch gathering for my memoir, Where The Feral Roam. An evening centered around storytelling, healing, and real connection.
After my mom left when I was five, my sisters and I were raised by my father, the president of a biker gang and Vietnam Marine. We moved from house to house and grew up too fast in environments no child should have to endure. By sixteen, I was on my own, pulled into a world with older men and a life that was hard to get out of.
From the outside, my life eventually looked different. Modeling, including Playboy, travel, access, a kind of glamour that can look like success. But underneath it all, I knew I wasn’t living in alignment with who I really was.
That knowing led me on a path of waking up. Through motherhood, relationships that challenged me deeply, and the strength it took to finally choose a different life.
This book isn’t just about what I lived through. It’s about what comes after.
Because while the details are mine, the truth behind them isn’t. So many of us were shaped by things we didn’t choose. This is a space to reflect on that, and maybe reconnect with who you are beyond it.
✨ We’ll begin with time to arrive, connect, and settle in. I’ll share a short reading and some reflections (and I’ll be honest… I’m a little nervous to read in front of all of you 😅), followed by an open, heart-centered sharing circle for anyone who feels called. We’ll close with a short sound bowl meditation to integrate the experience.
This isn’t a typical book launch. It’s a gathering to reflect, connect, and just be human for a bit.
