About this Event

Where Is Your Body?

You bring the body. We’ll meet you there.

A weekly pause for people who are tired of pushing through. Each Saturday looks a little different—movement, sound, embodied workshops—but the throughline is presence. Less performance, more permission. Come as you are, leave as yourself.

Weekly Lineup

1st Saturdays – Moon Yoga with Candis
Start grounded. Move slow. Catch up with yourself.

2nd Saturdays – Root to Crown with Chi
An ongoing exploration of the chakras, with rotating instructors and approaches.

3rd Saturdays – Workshop with Candis (No Class this April)
The theme changes. The format doesn’t: movement, reflection, conversation.
Next Month: Too Much, Too Fast - May 17th
We’re living under pressure—political, personal, and everything in between. This session slows it down so you can feel what’s yours, and what’s been pushed on you.
Class starts at 11 AM sharp. Check back monthly—this one always shifts.

4th Saturdays – Sound Bath with Mecca
For when doing less still feels like doing something.
