Refund Policy
If a participant withdraws less than one (1) week before the event, event credit will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
In the event that GaiGai cancels its event, there will not be a deduction of event credit.
Unclaimed events/workshop are non-transferrable and will not be refunded.
Any refunds made will incur a 10% admin fee from registration fee.
