Join Yena at the DMA for a powerful gathering to include: intentional art, movement, and healing circle to honor World Racial Justice Day.Together we will allow ourselves to experience the powerful art exhibition "When You See Me" followed by some time to mindfully journal about the experience and share in community about the impact of powerful art. We will also spend some time practicing movements to include: Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and Breathwork to allow ourselves to be fully moved by our time together.
Please dress in clothing you can comfortably stretch and move in and bring with you:
