Learn to recognise common childhood worries, discover practical ways to support your child, and understand how your reactions can help create a calm, confident environment at home.
We will explore:

*Explore ways to support your child
*Understanding our own reactions
*What supports are available.
(Parents may bring babies under 5 months, but this session is not suitable for children to attend.)
