We’re running a small, friendly group in Scotforth in July for people who’ve found themselves dealing with tricky dynamics at work - the kind that leave you replaying conversations, doubting yourself, or feeling on edge around certain colleagues or managers.
A lot of people we speak to describe things like:
• feeling “off” around certain people
• being talked down to or dismissed
• carrying work stress home without meaning to
• losing confidence bit by bit
• wondering if it’s them (it isn’t)
Very down to earth. No big speeches, no awkward sharing circles. Just practical tools, real life examples, and a space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine.
