We are excited to invite you to participate in our When Women Win London Summit & Fundraising Gala, taking place on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, at The Rembrandt Hotel in Knightsbridge, London.

When Women Win was founded earlier this year by Abimbola Okoya & Juliana Olayinka with the mission to foster collaboration and support among women in business.

Our goal is to create a space where women from diverse industries and backgrounds can connect, share experiences, and drive change in their respective fields. Women in leadership roles bring diverse perspectives and innovative ideas, which contribute to improved decision-making and financial performance for organizations. Moreover, studies show that companies with more women in leadership positions tend to outperform their peers, both financially and operationally.

The theme for this year’s event is: "Innovate to Elevate: Navigating Uncertainty Through Diversity," a topic more relevant than ever in today’s dynamic business environment.
