About this Event
When the Old No Longer Fits: A Supportive Circle for Women in Transition
Join us in person for a cozy and uplifting gathering designed just for women navigating change. Whether you’re leaving a long-term relationship, relocating, or stepping into an unknown next chapter, this circle offers a grounded space to feel supported and seen.
Life transitions can be a portal, a chance to release old patterns and reconnect with yourself in a new way. This experience is designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and remember that support can create real change.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- A calm, welcoming arrival and grounding
- Guided prompts for reflection and optional sharing
- Gentle body awareness practices
- Thoughtful facilitation and group reflection
- A contained, supportive environment with medium depth
This is not therapy or a mental health support group. This group is anchored in a trauma-informed, body-aware approach. You are always welcome to participate at your own pace.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This circle is for women who are:
- In a season of ending, in-between, or re-emergence
- Seeking support without pressure to have it all figured out
- Wanting to feel hopeful, encouraged, and understood
