Join to celebrate the release of my album of original lullabies for adults! I created these songs during a period of transformation to include in my sound baths and to have the lullabies that I needed during this time to support my needs. I will be sharing tea, community, and songs from the album with crystal singing bowls and other healing sound instruments in an intimate sacred sound container at Expressive Arts @32nd + Thorn! See you there!
This sound bath can be experienced lying down or sitting in a chair. There are a few extra chairs and yoga mats at the venue but please bring extra mats, blankets, pillows, and crystals to create a cozy meditation nest. Ages 10+ suggested. Please allow extra time to find street parking and to settle into the space before we begin.
