For anyone carrying what life leaves behind.

Be witnessed. Find release. Feel less alone.

We move through our days holding responsibilities, roles, and expectations.
And still, we carry what doesn’t resolve on its own.

People we miss or worry about.
Endings we never fully processed.
Burnout that settles quietly into the body.
Moral strain, uncertainty, and exhaustion.
Personal, political, spiritual, and collective losses that shape how we move through the world.

You do not need a diagnosis to feel impacted by change.
And not everything calls for therapy.
But everyone deserves a place to breathe, feel, and be witnessed.

What Is Catharsis Theater?

Catharsis Theater is a trauma-informed, psychodrama-inspired gathering that uses experiential group methods to help participants process emotions, restore connection, and find emotional release.

Not therapy. Not a performance.
No diagnosis. No fixing.
Just presence, honesty, and release.
