This Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, we're shedding light on the unique challenges men face, especially the pressure to appear strong like superheroes who never falter. Too often, men are expected to hide their emotions, but it's important to recognize that vulnerability is a sign of courage, not weakness.
Join us for a free event dedicated to creating a safe space where men can express their feelings openly, without judgment. Our gathering will offer food, local vendors, and supportive conversations focused on breaking the stigma around men crying and showing emotion. Let's come together to support and uplift one another, reminding every man that it's okay to feel and to seek help.
