Continuing the Conversation: Women’s Voices, Power and PossibilityFollowing the energy and honesty of our International Women’s Day event, we’re creating a space to continue the conversation.
This time, we go deeper.
Across cultures and countries, many women have experienced barriers that are rarely spoken about openly. Some are obvious. Others are subtle, shaped by systems, expectations and long-held assumptions about who we are meant to be.
This 3-hour gathering brings women together in small discussion circles to explore those experiences with openness, curiosity and respect.
We’ll be reflecting on questions such as:
• What roadblocks and gender-based obstacles have you faced and had to overcome?
• How do you see these systems shaping and restraining opportunities and outcomes for women?
• In what ways have you found your own path forward and created success despite them?
This is not a lecture or a panel. It’s a shared space for intelligent, honest and insightful conversation, where every voice matters.
