Led by illustrator, visual artist and facilitator Debora Adachi, this session explores what happens when drawing and words collide. Inspired by words, poetry, and music, you’ll experiment with turning language into images—building a personal visual vocabulary and discovering ways to communicate ideas through drawing.
Working with narrative, story and sequence, we’ll play with sequential image-making and visual storytelling, looking at how words and pictures can support, contrast and enrich one another.
Come celebrate drawing!
Beginners welcome. No experience of drawing required.
