A relaxed Friday evening circle following the rhythm of the year. Each session is shaped by the season, with tea on arrival, gentle movement or breathwork, and time to unwind together.
Led collaboratively by teachers at Pendle Wellbeing Hub.
In March, we celebrate Ostara, the celebration of the Spring Equinox, the moment in the year when day and night are held in equal balance and the light begins to gently overtake the dark.
Traditionally it marks the awakening of the earth after winter — new growth, renewal and possibility. Seeds begin to stir beneath the soil, and in the same way we are invited to reawaken, set intentions, and nurture what we would like to grow in our lives over the coming months.
Come on your own or with a friend — no experience needed.
It is a time of balance, fresh beginnings, and quiet hope — a soft turning toward light, energy and creation.
