You’re invited to an exclusive 40-seat seminar with speakers Guru Tobias and Dr. Jana Rieger, where we will explore the power of activating the Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna) with Breth. This event is the sixth of a seven-part series, moving up to the Crown Chakra.

Dr. Jana Rieger will educate the group on the science of breathwork and Breth while Guru Tobias will guide the group on a spiritual journey through meditation and breathwork, with a Q&A to end the evening.

The Wheel Of Life with Tobias - Chakra Activation Powered by Breth is the balance of the body, mind and soul, which aligns the 7 energy centres and can be activated with Breth.

We encourage you to wear indigo to honour the Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna) energy. Please bring along your yoga mat, water bottle and pen and paper to take notes. There are a limited number of mats at the facility.

There is free street parking available across from the Shoppers Drug Mart and No Frills. As well, parking in the gravel lots behind the Integrity Seminars building. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
