Claim your space, raise your voice and make your mark for the meaning and value of public space.
The event will be an informal, open-ended discussion designed to playfully challenge the status quo. Everyone’s voice is welcome; simply bring some ideas and an interest in listening to others. There’ll be a cuppa and a snack to help things along.
Daisy Chain is a creative consultancy reimagining spaces through people and culture. We believe that art and artists are integral to good placemaking.
We know that wherever people gather to live, work and play, culture and creativity are present. It is through human culture that places are made and remade and remade again. And yet culture is offered little, if any, space to breathe in conversations about public policy or city planning.
