This program takes place at our French Quarter Visitor Center - 419 Decatur St, New Orleans, LA 70130. Admission is free and open to the public, seating is limited and offered first come, first-served basis.
Learn about New Orleans history and culture while observing a cooking demonstration by Kathryne Mann of the High Hat Cafe. Mann will demonstrate making Chow Chow.
You’ll get to taste a sample of the food at the end of the demonstration.

Seating is limited and available on a first-come first-served basis. Doors will open approximately 5 minutes before the demonstration start time.
