This meeting will be a gathering of those who wish to share or observe past or current struggles and successes with mental health and substance use in order to achieve a greater knowledge and understanding on skills and outlets that can be used to help break the chains of the stigma and perpetual cycle in which these struggles lay. This meeting will be hosted during off-hours of business to create a confidential and safe space for everyone to speak openly. All that attend are expected to retain confidentiality of the meeting.Caffeine & Dreams will have services open to attendees for purchases of their delicious food and beverages.
This is to help engage those that wish to inspire or those who aspire to help others. There’s no pressure other than to be understanding and supportive. We want to allow the conversation to promote new ideas and ways of change.
The meeting will be moderated to assist in progressive conversation and compliance of the guidelines listed in the page description.
