About this Event
Building Community One Conversation at a Time
This is an invitation to the Applied Human Sciences community (undergraduate and graduate students, professors, instructors, staff and alumni) to explore the possibilities of creating communities for all by experiencing ways to nurture deep connections together.
This 3-hour in-person experiential workshop will introduce participants to Peter Block's framework of building community as well as provide them with the opportunity to apply their learning in real group contexts.
Refreshments will be served.

The venue is located on the third floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs or elevator, making it wheelchair accessible.
Paid parking is available in lot adjacent to the venue in the Terrebonne parking lot for six dollars. (Parking at Loyola Campus Information)
We cannot guarantee a scent-free environment, and we encourage all participants to minimize the use of scents (More information about scent-free environments).
We will provide a Quiet zone during the workshop.
