We’re hosting a creative, experiential workshop for moms centered on self forgiveness and self compassion.Together we’ll combine guided reflection with an expressive arts activity using terracotta pots, paints, and planting to explore:
� Self-criticism and the emotional weight of it
� Compassionate self talk
� Self forgiveness
� Planting intention for the future (through planting real seeds!)
You’ll leave with a meaningful visual reminder of your own capacity for growth and care �
