About this Event
Are you a woman aged 40 and over, currently going through menopause or navigating a lifestyle after it?
We're inviting women like you to join an open session where your voice, experiences, and ideas will shape a new research project on improving lifestyle and physical activity in midlife and beyond.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation—and we'd like you to be a co-creator.
If you would like to help further, this is what you can expect to share and hear:
- What helps or stops women from being active during or after menopause?
- What kind of support or programs would feel realistic and doable?
- How do cultural, emotional, and physical changes affect motivation and daily routines?
- What do you want in a lifestyle program designed for women like you?
- Your insights will directly guide the design of a research project that truly reflects women’s needs, priorities, and lived realities.
- Ideas on community engagement and recruitment.
There will be an informal networking lunch and small value travel and supermarket voucher as contribution for your time and travel. Please contact [email protected] for further information.
