What We Sang Then: A Historic Recital of Favorites from the Stanford Songbook

[Registration required] In homage to Stanford’s rich musical heritage, Professor Steve Sano will direct the Stanford Chamber Chorale as they perform selections from the heyday of the Stanford Songbook (1890-1915). Their performances will be interwoven with historical commentaries and rarely seen images from the University Archives, followed by light refreshments and a carillon recital by University Carillonneur Timothy Zerlang. Dr. Zerlang will perform selections from the Stanford Songbook from atop Hoover Tower.
