We'll map each hormonal stage to the natural flow of a Pilates class — from breathwork and pelvic floor connection, to warm-up, to higher-intensity phases, and back down to cool-down.

Luisa empowers individuals through movement to improve everyday life.

Eli is a Holistic Hormonal Health Coach and the founder of Elivate, a fitness and wellness system built specifically for women. After years of watching women train hard, eat well, and still feel stuck, she made it her mission to give them what the fitness industry never did: a strategy that actually works with their biology.
