Jimmy is punk tells the story of the Dutch punk band PANIC. The heart of the movie is a registration of a concert in Gouda in 1978. You become an eyewitness and part of the spirit of the early days of punk. PANIC ends up playing in CBGB in New York, but then the band falls apart.
