This pubic event is an opportunity to learn what Wisconsin/Nicaragua Partners does and ways to be involved. Four guests from Nicaragua will share their stories and how the people of Wisconsin have impacted their lives and helped the communities throughout Nicaragua.
W/NP brings together volunteers – citizens of both countries getting to know each other working to find solutions to common problems leveraging international and local resources and providing technical training.
The strength of the Partnership is its members who willingly share their expertise and their networks. The organization facilitates programs including empowerment leadership youth sports lending libraries firefighters agriculture learning centers health cultural diversity kitchen gardens potable water micro-lending and humanitarian assistance.
