Palma Michel is a sought after executive coach and conscious leadership advisor. She has supported investors, impact start-ups, and senior leaders around the world in creating positive impact and sustainable high performance. A lawyer by training, Palma is also the author of The Authority Guide to Mindful Leadership and the host of the Explorer´s Mind Podcast. Deeply passionate about regenerative business and raising the consciousness of leaders to meet the challenges of the 21st century with deep calm, clarity. compassion and creativity, Palma contributes to the Inner Development Goals global initiative.
André Almeida Santos is passionate about social innovation within environmental sustainability and Leadership with a diversified career of more than 25 years in the private sector, development institutions, and social entrepreneurship. He is currently a Partner at Indico Capital Partners leading a new Impact Fund for the Oceans and served for a decade with the African Development Bank working for poverty reduction and sustainable development across Africa. Andre was also a Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School and a teaching assistant in courses on Impact Investment, Moral Leadership, and Ethics of Decision making. He is currently a contributor to the Inner Development Goals global initiative.
