Leadership doesn't look the way it used to years ago. It’s no longer just about authority or titles, it’s about vision, adaptability, the courage to innovate, and the capacity to inspire teams, even in uncertain contexts and unstable times.
On May 20th, starting at 6:00 PM, we invite you to 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞, an event designed around authentic leadership.
Join us alongside Raluca Popa (CFO @ Sameday), Matei Goncea (Marketing Director Europe @ The Coca Cola Company | Groupe SEB | McCann), and Mihai Zânt (International Trainer and Co-founder @ INNERSIS and CareerShift.ro), three leaders who practice it every single day in completely different roles and who are part of the lecturer lineup for the Master in International Management at BISM.

- Why self-leadership comes first and how to scale it across an organization. Mihai Zânt will explore why leaders need to shift focus toward people in a systemic way, and how thriving cultures are built through self-awareness, genuine willingness to grow, and a deep understanding of micro-cultures.
