About this Event
What is a Neurographic?
A neurographic (or neurographic art) is a meditative drawing method that blends psychology, breath, and mindfulness with abstract art. It’s designed to help you process emotions, reduce stress, and rewire thought patterns through a specific style of drawing.
We look forward to hosting this community gathering where you will:
- Learn why creating these meditative doodle journals benefits mental health.
- Create your own neurographic without needing any previous art experience.
- Meet like minded friends. Build intentional community.
- Enjoy coffee, tea, and snacks provided with your donation.
All ages event, families welcome.
Anyone can draw a neurographic, and in our humble opinion, everyone should try at least once. You will feel it working as you move through the process--it kind of feels like a meditative journaling session.
