After the highly successful inaugural Vo2 talk in May 2023, Sean from Health Matters is back once again.Seán Kinane, is a sports performance specialist, owner and chief tester at Health Matters. Seán is one of the most active and experienced performance testers in Europe, carrying out over 17,000 Vo2 tests to date and has worked with some of the top athletes in the country both on a national and international stage for over 12 years.
The aim of the talk is to educate you on how to train smarter not harder and understand everything there is to know about fitness profile development, Heart Rate training and a deep insight into fuelling strategies to optimize performance.
